Brevard County Fire Rescue Paramedic, Firefighter Cydne Hatch Retires After 25 Years of Dedicated Service

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Fire Rescue honored firefighter and paramedic Cydne Hatch after 25 years of dedicated service on Friday.

Hatch started her journey in the dispatch center and, over the years, has transitioned to the field, with her last assignment being Station 40 C shift.

Through countless emergencies and challenging situations, Cydne has always been on the front lines, ready to put her life on the line to protect our community. Her tireless efforts have saved countless lives and kept our community safe.

“As she retires today, we want to express our deepest gratitude for her service. We thank her for her courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to our community. We wish her the best in her next chapter,” said a BCFR spokesperson.
