United Way of Brevard Appoints Caron Partridge as President, Brings Wealth of Experience, Deep Commitment to Space Coast

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – United Way of Brevard is pleased to announce the appointment of Caron Partridge as the organization’s new President, effective immediately.
Partridge, who has been serving as the Interim President since November 4, 2022, brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to the community.
She has a distinguished career with United Way of Brevard, joining in 2001 as the Marketing and Communications Director, where she played a pivotal role in advancing the organization’s mission to be Brevard’s leader in mobilizing the caring power of our community.
During her tenure as Interim President, Partridge demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for addressing the most pressing needs of the organization and our community.
“I am thrilled to announce Caron Partridge as the new President of United Way of Brevard,” said Bart Gaetjens, Chair of the United Way Board of Directors.
“Caron has shown unwavering dedication to our community, and her leadership has been instrumental in propelling our organization forward. We are confident that under her guidance, United Way of Brevard will continue to make a lasting impact on the lives of those in need.”

As the new president, Partridge will oversee the overall strategic direction of United Way of Brevard, working closely with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, and community stakeholders to drive the organization’s mission forward.
Her extensive experience and deep understanding of the community’s needs will be invaluable in identifying new opportunities and building upon the existing initiatives.
