Florida Tech Panthers Lacrosse Player Jax Francisco Named to SSC All-Tournament Team

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Sunshine State Conference has announced the 2024 SSC Men’s Lacrosse All-Tournament Team, with Florida Tech’s Jax Francisco named to the team.
Francisco earned the honor after helping the Panthers defeat six-seeded Lynn in the SSC Quarterfinals. Francisco recorded 14 saves for a .609 save percentage to help the Panthers advance to the SSC Semifinals.
In the SSC Semifinal game against Rollins, Francisco tallied 14 saves in less than 53 minutes for a .452 save percentage.
Francisco finished the tournament with a .530 save percentage and 28 saves in net. For the 2024 season, Francisco led the SSC in saves per game, averaging 12.93 saves.
The goalie recorded double-digit saves in 13 out of 15 games and was credited with 194 saves on the season for a .527 save percentage.
His 194 saves are the second most in a single season in program history.
