Congressman Bill Posey to Keynote Brevard Federated Republican Women Luncheon in Cocoa Sept. 4

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – The Brevard Federated Republican Women will present Congressman Bill Posey on September 4 at the Space Coast Convention Center at 301 Tucker Lane in Cocoa.

Networking begins at 11 a.m. and the program will be from 11:30 a.m. – 1:45 p.m.

Posey had been in the Florida Legislature for 18 years before being elected as the U.S. Representative for Florida’s 8th Congressional District beginning in 2009. During his tenure Bill was known for his strong advocacy for government accountability and transparency.

Hel recently announced that he will not seek reelection after serving eight consecutive terms in Congress, and during the meeting, Posey will provide his take on the inner workings of the Federal Government in Washington D.C.

The meeting fee is $28 (advance registration) and $33 at the door.

The fee includes a luncheon entrée of baked cod with herb-crusted topping, Spanish rice, salad, rolls & dessert. Gluten-free: Grilled vegetables with rice atop a bed of romaine lettuce are available upon request.
