BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield’s foundation made a $17,900 donation to the Space Coast Vipers football program to help cover the cost of new equipment.
“After receiving word that a local Florida high school may have to turn kids away from their fall football program due to a lack of equipment, the Baker & Emily Mayfield Foundation donated $17,900 for new shoulder pads and helmets, Go Space Coast Vipers!” said a Baker and Emily Mayfield Foundation spokesperson.
“Big thanks and appreciation to the Baker and Emily Mayfield Foundation and Baker Mayfield for their incredibly thoughtful donation, we are so grateful!” said Space Coast Vipers Head Coach Jake Owens.
The Baker & Emily Mayfield Foundation is an effort born from their deep gratitude and desire to pay it forward, and will focus on pillars of success, resilience, and strength. They believe in the human spirit and want to help those who persevere and achieve success despite difficult circumstances.

Baker Mayfield is a former No. 1 overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft and has played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers since 2023.
The Space Coast Vipers are 3-2 on the season and are set to face the Celebration Storm on Friday.
