first time miami plays on thanksgiving in 13 years

(MIAMIDOLPHINS.COM) – It’s been 13 years since the Dolphins played a game on Thanksgiving, and it will be the first time Miami plays in a Thanksgiving night game.
Prime time lights, sub-freezing temperatures in the forecast and a team with a winning record are all on the docket. Here’s what the Dolphins are saying ahead of a big prime time matchup.
Outside Linebacker Chop Robinson on going to Green Bay – “It’s going to be amazing. Dream come true. I always watched games on Thanksgiving … When it’s cold, it’s snowing and I hope I get to play in the snow again because I haven’t played in the snow since youth football.”
Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa on facing former Alabama teammates – “I had ‘X’ (Xavier McKinney) and I was with Josh Jacobs at the same time, so knowing the competitive mindset that those guys have, those were fun practices. Those were fun practices, but being able to go against those guys, I know ‘X’ knows what he’s going to get out of me and I know exactly what he’s going to bring to the table, too.”
