TRAFFIC ALERT: Road Closures Scheduled to Begin Monday in Palm Bay

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA — CK Contractors & Development, LLC is scheduled to perform utility and road construction work in Palm Bay from Monday, June 30, through Friday, July 11.

The project will take place near the Circle K at the intersection of Emerson Drive and St. Johns Parkway, with work hours set from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on arterial roads.

According to city officials, the project will require temporary lane closures, detours, and flagging operations to safely manage traffic in the construction zone.

Channelizing devices will be in place to guide motorists through any lane shifts or detours.

Residents and commuters are urged to exercise caution when traveling in the area and to allow for additional time due to potential delays.
