Man Wielding Weapon Out of ‘The Walking Dead’ Arrested By Brevard Deputies for Felony Battery

Donald Zmuda now living in Ivey’s Iron Bar Lodge on No Bond for his charges

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Wow, that escalated quickly as this thing right here (above left) looks like something you would see Negan carrying in “The Walking Dead,” but instead it was used by this guy, Donald Zmuda, above right, after a neighborly dispute.

Deputies responded to a residence in Merritt Island where a dispute had taken place between Zmuda and his neighbor.

The victim had allegedly accused Zmuda of stealing items from him, and when Zmuda heard that, he decided to take a walk to the victim’s house, with his homemade weapon, appearing to be the shaft of a hockey stick with a chain attached to it.

Zmuda entered the victim’s home and decided to hit him with the stick, but not before the victim was able to grab a mini baseball bat and hit Zmuda in self-defense.

Zmuda then left the scene and went back to his house.

Deputies were able to quickly locate Zmuda, who claims he never went into the home, but did bring the hockey stick thingy with him when he went to talk to the victim.

Deputies were also able to recover “Lucille,” we mean the hockey stick, and Zmuda, of course, was arrested for Felony Battery 2nd or Subsequent Offense, Burglary with Assault or Battery, and Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon.

Today, Zmuda is living in a new community now known as Ivey’s Iron Bar Lodge, on No Bond for his charges.
