Scheduled Electrical Maintence to Shut Down Ballard Park in Melbourne Temporarily

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA — As part of a new bathroom construction project at Ballard Park in Melbourne, the City of Melbourne has announced that the electricity will be turned off at Ballard Park from August 22 to 26. Power will be restored on August 27.
The park will be open for use during this time, but the lights on the basketball courts, tennis courts, and pavilions throughout the park will not work. Electrical outlets in the pavilions also will not work.
The Melbourne Parks and Recreation strives to provide quality recreational facilities, parks, and programs, which are safe, diverse, affordable, and enriching to the Community through commitment to public service.
