The 2025 Space Coast Contracting Summit, taking place October 21–22 at The Tides Collocated Club, Patrick Space Force Base, will unite top leaders from the defense industry, including prime contractors, government agencies, and innovators who are shaping the future of national security and technology on Florida’s Space Coast.

BREVARD COUNTY • FLORIDA — The 2025 Space Coast Contracting Summit, taking place October 21–22 at The Tides Collocated Club, Patrick Space Force Base, will unite top leaders from the defense industry, including prime contractors, government agencies, and innovators who are shaping the future of national security and technology on Florida’s Space Coast.

Hosted by the AFCEA Space Coast Chapter, NDIA Central Florida Chapter, and the Women In Defense Space Coast Chapter, this two-day event will highlight expert keynote addresses, dynamic panel discussions, and targeted breakout sessions covering emerging technology, defense priorities, contracting strategies, and business matchmaking opportunities.

Attendees will gain critical insights into regional collaboration and federal procurement trends, with a focus on enhancing both large prime contractors and small businesses in the defense sector.

“The Space Coast Contracting Summit will assemble leaders in defense, government, academia, and industry to foster partnerships, share insight into federal and DoD contracting priorities, and spotlight innovation in national security,” said Jennifer Kennedy-Ness, Vice President of Women In Defense Space Coast and CEO of Kennedy Solutions Group.

“This two-day summit offers a robust platform for collaboration, training, and showcasing small business capabilities alongside prime contractors and government agencies.”

The Women In Defense Space Coast Chapter was founded on January 21, 2013, and is a 501 (c) (3) affiliate of the National Defense Industrial Association. WIDSC provides networking and professional development opportunities for national defense and security, to support military service members, and to encourage partnerships within the local contractor community, defense industry, and military personnel.
