BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The air was charged with anticipation as Brevard County played host to the highly anticipated 2025 Florida Bandmasters Association (FBA) District 10 Marching Band Music Performance Assessment (MPA).
On October 18, the heart of Brevard was alive with the thrilling sounds of student musicians marching in perfect precision and harmony.
Over 14 schools from across the district participated in what became a day to remember, showcasing a vast array of talent, discipline, and enthusiasm.

The Odyssey Charter School Titan Marching Band impressed with their precision and synchronization, while the Satellite High School Scorpion Sound captivated the audience with their dynamic brass section and fierce determination.
Every performance was more than just a competition—it was a showcase of the dedication, perseverance, and sheer joy of music-making.
The excitement reached a new peak as the Merritt Island High School Marching Mustangs took the field, their powerful showmanship earning them cheers from the crowd.
Following them, the Eau Gallie High School Marching Commodores wowed the audience with their fluid movements and emotive musicality.
The Rockledge High School Raider Regiment brought a sense of tradition and pride to the field, their performance reflecting the strong community ties that make Brevard’s marching bands so special.
The Viera High School Marching Hawks soared through their program with stunning visual effects, while the Melbourne High School Pride of Mel Hi delivered a thrilling, high-energy performance that left the crowd roaring in approval.

The Bayside High School Marching Bears, known for their precision and discipline, brought an intense yet graceful performance that showcased the growth and maturity of their students.
The excitement kicked off early at Space Coast Jr./Sr. High School, where the streets surrounding the venue buzzed with supporters, families, and band enthusiasts. Spectators filled the stands, their spirits high as they awaited the performances from the region’s finest marching bands.
For the students of the Space Coast Jr./Sr. High School Viper Marching Band, the Palm Bay Magnet High School Marching Pirates, and the Cocoa Jr./Sr. High School Tiger Regiment, the day was the culmination of months of practice, dedication, and teamwork.
One by one, the bands took to the field, and the energy in the stadium soared with every note played and each step marched.
The Cocoa Beach Jr./Sr. High School Marching Minutemen stunned the crowd with their intricate drill formations and bold musical choices, while the Astronaut High School Pride of the Sky Marching War Eagles soared in a performance filled with power and passion.
From the first downbeat to the final chord, each band displayed the excellence that has become synonymous with Brevard County’s marching programs.

As the day continued, the performances only grew more exciting.
The Titusville High School Terrier Sound Marching Band demonstrated a flawless execution of their carefully crafted show, and the Heritage High School Marching Panther Band closed the event with a rousing finale that was both a testament to their hard work and an emotional send-off for the day.
