BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – The Titusville Police Department and Titusville Code Enforcement invite city residents to come out to two upcoming Pop-Up in the park events.

While you’re enjoying one of the great city parks, stop by and say hello to the team.

■ The first pop-up in the park will be January 10 from 9 – 11 a.m. at Wuesthoff Park, located at 2000 Wuesthoff Street, Titusville.

■ The second pop-up in the Park event will be on March 14 from 9 – 11 a.m. at Blanton Park, located at 1300 Main Street, Titusville.

Hosts will be providing free bicycle helmets for children and adults. To receive the free helmet, the recipient must be properly fitted by one of our members who is certified to fit and size the helmet, ensuring safety on every ride.

A parent or guardian must accompany children to receive a helmet.

This safety initiative is made possible through a partnership with the Statewide Pedestrian and Bicycle Resource Center, a program offered by the Florida Department of Transportation.

It’s an excellent opportunity to enjoy the park, meet members of the police department, and help keep our community safe on bikes, boards, and beyond.
