BREVARD COUNTY • PORT CANAVERAL, FLORIDA — The Canaveral Port Authority recognized two of its long-serving employees for their years of commitment and service during the January Commission meeting, celebrating their loyalty and contributions to the Port’s ongoing success.

At the meeting—held as part of the Port’s regular governance process by its Board of Commissioners—Brian Carroll and William Dolson were formally acknowledged for reaching significant service milestones with the organization.

Carroll, Senior Manager of Fleet Services, was honored for an impressive 30 years of service at the Port. His career has spanned three decades, during which he has overseen crucial aspects of the Port’s fleet operations, contributing to day-to-day readiness and long-term operational excellence.

A Family Affair: Carroll’s milestone celebration was particularly meaningful as it became a family event: both his wife and daughter also work at the Port, underscoring a multigenerational connection to the organization.

Dolson, serving as Assistant Facility Security Officer, was recognized for 15 years of dedicated service. In this role, Dolson has played an important part in maintaining the safety and security of Port facilities and supporting compliance with federal regulations.

Recognition for both employees underscores the Port’s commitment not only to operational excellence but also to fostering a workplace culture that values long-term professional dedication.
