OBITUARY: Army Veteran Harold E. Wilson to Be Honored With Final Sea Farewell

Enchanted Sailing Charters will be fulfilling this last wish on May 6

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Harold E. Wilson, a beloved son, husband, father, grandfather, and army veteran, passed away on July 15, 2017.
He always loved spending time with his family at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. His last wish was to have his cremains laid to rest in the sea off that coast he loved so much.
Enchanted Sailing Charters will be fulfilling this last wish on May 6, 2026 and laying his ashes to rest just as he requested.
Family members and other mourners who wish to do so may meet at the dock when the ship sails at 10 a.m. to take Mr. Wilson to his final resting place.
He is preceded in death by his wife Vivian Reynolds Wilson and is survived by his five children: Martha A. Phillips, Vivian L. Watts (Harry), Steven A. Wilson (LeeAnn), James H. Wilson (Amy) and J. Denise Fisher (Dave) as well as nine grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
