BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA – Experience the thrill of aviation as the 2026 Cocoa Beach Air Show takes to the skies this weekend.
Set for April 11-12, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., the event will unfold against the backdrop of the Cocoa Beach oceanfront.
The U.S. Navy Blue Angels will soar through the sky to commemorate America’s 250th birthday in a powerful celebration of flight, freedom, and patriotism.
Spectators can witness breathtaking aerobatic performances, military jet demonstrations, and high-flying stunts over the coastline.
Families are encouraged to attend for a weekend of aviation excitement right on the beach. Located at 1500 N. Atlantic Ave. in Cocoa Beach, Lori Wilson Park will serve as an optimal viewing location.
The aerobatic box, or aerial “football field” for the event, is approximately two miles wide.
The show center is at Lori Wilson Park, and the performance area extends from the Cocoa Beach Pier to the Minutemen Causeway, offering prime beach views.

The U.S. Navy Blue Angels fly the F/A-18 Super Hornet and perform a combination of formation and solo maneuvers in a high-energy demonstration.
The four-jet diamond executes precision formation flight with aircraft wingtips as close as 2 feet apart while performing loops, inverted rolls, and high-performance turns.
The two solo jets perform high-energy maneuvers together and from opposite directions, closing in on each other at speeds approaching 1,000 mph.
The six jets reunite in the delta formation for the finale, executing complex formations and signature breaks that fill the sky with speed, sound, and smoke trails.

The F-16, often referred to as the “sports car” of the U.S. military fighter jet community, is a single-engine, single-pilot aircraft known for its speed and maneuverability.
The F-16 Viper Demo Team showcases the jet’s capabilities with high-speed maneuvers exceeding 600 mph, and G-force turns where pilots can experience more than nine times their body weight.
The demonstration routine includes inverted spins and a 3-mile vertical climb that takes less than 10 seconds.
Attendees can enjoy a hassle-free experience with amenities such as restrooms with hand-sanitizing stations and food-and-beverage vendors.
Professional narration and music will enhance the viewing experience. Tickets are available online.
The Drop Zone Beach opens at 9 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. The Flight Line Club beach area opens at 10 a.m. both days.
The aerial portion of the show is scheduled to run from 11 a.m. to approximately 2 p.m.
