OBITUARY: Francis Lincoln Hall, Jr. of Mims Passed Away April 15 at 84

Francis Lincoln Hall, Jr (aka “Frank” and “Junie”), 84, of Mims, passed away peacefully on April 15, 2026, after a long illness. Funeral and burial services will be held at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery on May 13, 2026, at 10 a.m. Arrangements are by North Brevard Funeral Home.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Francis Lincoln Hall, Jr (aka “Frank” and “Junie”), 84, of Mims, passed away peacefully on April 15, 2026, after a long illness.

Born on June 4, 1941 in Port Jervis, NY to Francis L. Hall Sr. and Cora Aber, Frank built a life anchored in hard work and love for family.

He served in the U.S. Navy in Helicopter Search and Rescue and retired from Nepera Chemical Company of Harriman, NY.

Frank also served part-time as a Police Officer and Zoning Officer in Matamoras, PA, where he enjoyed hosting pool parties, watching the NY Yankees, and living life to the fullest with his family, neighbors, and friends.

Frank is survived by his loving spouse of 58 years, Sally Gallondorn Hall; his children, Jeffrey Hall (Carolyn) and Jennifer DiNapoli (John S.); his siblings Linda Arnold (Richard) and Ora “Red” Hall; his grandchildren Matthew DiNapoli, Monica Brooks (Cody), Nicholas DiNapoli, and Andrew Hall; and his great grandchildren Clayton DiNapoli and Hayden Brooks.

Frank was preceded in death by his mother, Cora “Sis” Aber; father, Francis L. Hall, Sr., “Link”; stepfather, Richard Aber Sr.; and siblings, Millard “Buddy” Hall, Marion Mills, and Richard Aber, Jr.

Funeral and burial services will be held at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery on May 13, 2026, at 10 a.m. Arrangements are by North Brevard Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Legion Post #1, 1281 N US Highway 1, Titusville, FL 32796-2118.
