WATCH: Sheriff Wayne Ivey, K-9 Saint Announce ‘Adopt ’Til We Drop’ Event Saturday at Brevard Animal Care Center

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – K-9 Saint and I stopped by the Animal Care Center yesterday so he could visit some of his friends, and boy, there were a lot of his pals there.
In fact, Saint told me after his visit that the population of pups in the shelter is pretty high right now and that his friends need a little help from me to find their new furever homes and family.
So since Saint will literally eat stuff in my truck like headrests and armrests if I don’t do what he wants, I decided to do a huge event with live updates at the Animal Care Center this coming Saturday from 2:00 P.M. until we find homes for at least 20 of our great dogs.
That’s right, folks, “Adopt ‘Til We Drop” is gonna take place at the Animal Care Center located at 5100 W. Eau Gallie Blvd., this Saturday, September 5, starting at 2:00 P.M. Saint and I will be there to make sure every pup gets a new family.
We will also have popcorn, hot dogs, and ice cream at the event to make sure everyone has a great time while they pick out their newest family members.
So essentially, I guess you could say that Saint and I are being held on a 20 Dog Bond, and we need you to come help us bond out by adopting a minimum of 20 pups in our care.
As always, all adoptions, licenses, and microchips are free thanks to our amazing “Adoption Sponsors,” AJ Heirs and Boniface Heirs Automotive, Glover, Orndorf, and Flanagan Wealth Management, and Shawn Beck of ATH Trailers.
And even better, thanks to our “Sheriff’s Pet Posse” and the generous supporters who donate to our cause, each dog adopted this Saturday will also get a free crate, collar, dog bowl, and 1 month’s supply of food for their newest four-legged family members.
And of course I’ll have some “Sheriff Ivey, BCSO & K9 Saint Merch” to give away as well, so come on out and be one of our dogs’ heroes.
This Saturday, you and your family have the amazing chance to be a pup’s hero, and all you have to do is take them home and love them with all your heart.
