BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is taking viewers inside its ongoing crackdown on reckless driving along Interstate 95 in the newest episode of the agency’s popular “10-94” series.

The episode follows Sheriff Wayne Ivey and members of the BCSO Motor Unit as they patrol one of the busiest and most dangerous stretches of highway in Florida, targeting speeding, distracted driving and Move Over Law violations in an effort to reduce deadly crashes across Brevard County.

Throughout the ride-along, deputies are seen conducting multiple traffic stops on drivers accused of excessive speeding and unsafe driving behaviors. Sheriff Ivey delivers a direct warning to motorists during the episode, saying the agency’s enforcement campaign is focused on saving lives along the county’s 75-mile stretch of I-95.

The enforcement initiative, conducted in partnership with the Florida Highway Patrol, began after Brevard County officials identified the portion of Interstate 95 as one of the deadliest sections of the interstate corridor.

The episode also highlights enforcement of Florida’s Move Over Law, which requires drivers to move over or slow down for emergency vehicles stopped on the roadside.

Deputies say violations continue to place first responders at risk during traffic stops and crash investigations.

Sheriff Ivey emphasized that the heightened enforcement effort is not temporary and that deputies will continue aggressive patrols on I-95 moving forward.

The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office “10-94” series gives viewers a behind-the-scenes look at law enforcement operations across the county, showcasing deputies as they respond to calls and conduct proactive enforcement efforts.
