BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Residents and visitors in Cocoa Beach have reason to celebrate as Ramp Road Park officially reopened on June 13 following several months of construction and improvements.
The popular waterfront destination, located along the scenic Banana River, is once again ready to welcome outdoor enthusiasts looking to fish, paddle, observe wildlife, and enjoy one of Cocoa Beach’s most treasured natural spaces.
City officials announced the reopening just in time for the summer season, marking the completion of upgrades designed to enhance the visitor experience while preserving access to the area’s natural beauty.
As part of the reopening, parking at Ramp Road Park will now be managed through the City of Cocoa Beach’s parking program.
Visitors who already hold a City parking permit can use it at Ramp Road Park at no additional cost.
Officials thanked residents and visitors for their patience throughout the construction process and expressed excitement about reopening the park to the community.
