BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Eastern Florida State College women’s soccer player Esme Johnson was named the FCSAA Division I Player of the Week on Tuesday.
The freshman from London, England had a pair of goals in the Titans 3-2 victory over No. 4 Seminole State College in El Dorado, Kansas on Saturday night.
Johnson has scored multiple goals twice this season and has four goals in her first four games this season.
Eastern Florida State College will host Miami Dade College in the Region 8 Conference opener on Thursday night.
The game will begin at 6 p.m. at Orlando Health Stadium and admission is free.
