Florida Tech Names Jordan Hill Assistant Director of Athletic Corporate Relations

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Florida Tech Director of Athletics Jamie Joss announces the hiring of Jordan Hill as Assistant Director of Athletic Corporate Relations. Hill brings more than 10 years of experience in sales, customer service, and community engagement.
“Jordan brings a unique blend of athletic experience and business acumen that will greatly benefit our department,” said Joss. “His familiarity with the Melbourne area, coupled with his ability to forge strong connections with community businesses, effectively respond to sales opportunities, and maximize potential collaborations, makes him an ideal fit for this role. We are confident that his ability to connect with local businesses and our vibrant community will elevate our corporate relations initiatives to new heights.”
Hill comes to Florida Tech after working at Health First in Melbourne, Florida, serving as a Transporter and Mobility Rehab Technician. There, he built strong rapport with patients, collaborated with physical therapists, and consistently demonstrated professionalism and teamwork under pressure.

Having been a student-athlete myself, I understand the importance of strong partnerships in supporting our programs and athletes. I am thrilled to join the athletics team and look forward to leveraging my experiences to strengthen our relationships with corporate partners and contribute to the success of our athletic initiatives.”
Prior to, Hill served as a Business Sales Specialist and Community Sales Specialist for Spectrum in both Melbourne, and Columbus, Ohio. In those roles, he excelled in face-to-face relationship-building, led team meetings, trained new employees, and was recognized for outstanding sales performance, including being named the top sales representative in the Southeast region during his first month on the job.
His earlier professional experiences include working in sales support, customer relations, and team leadership at Ohio Health Chiller in Dublin, Ohio, where he managed a front desk team, resolved customer concerns, and scheduled operations for a large volume of guests.
A graduate of Urbana University and a member of the baseball program, Hill earned his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management.
