Cocoa High School Booster Club Golf Tournament Set May 16 at the Rockledge Country Club

Rockledge Country Club to Host with 8:30 a.m. Shotgun Start

On Saturday, May 16, 2026, the Cocoa High School Booster Club will host its highly anticipated annual Golf Tournament at the Rockledge Country Club. Located at 1591 South Fiske Boulevard in Rockledge, Florida, the event kicks off early, with registration opening at 7 a.m. and a complimentary breakfast. The four-person scramble, shotgun-start contest gets underway at 8:30 a.m.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – On Saturday, May 16, the Cocoa High School Booster Club will host its highly anticipated annual Golf Tournament at the Rockledge Country Club.
Located at 1591 South Fiske Boulevard in Rockledge, the event kicks off early with registration opening at 7 a.m., allowing participants to warm up and mingle over a complimentary breakfast.
The four-person scramble, shotgun-start contest gets underway at 8:30 a.m.
The entry fee is set at $90 per individual player or $360 for a complete four-person team.
Golfers will receive a select tournament package that includes 18 holes of championship golf, a shared golf cart, drink tickets, a goody bag filled with tournament swag, and access to both breakfast and lunch.
Beyond the main competition, players can test their luck and skill through a 50/50 raffle, a silent auction featuring unique prizes, and dedicated on-course challenges like Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive.

Local businesses and community members also have a distinct opportunity to show their Tiger pride through various sponsorship tiers.
Available options range from $75 for a standard Hole Sponsorship up to $2,500 for the exclusive Lunch Sponsorship.
Other premium opportunities include Closest to Pin ($250), Longest Drive ($250), Cart Sponsor ($1,000), and Breakfast Sponsor ($1,500).
Following the final putts, the crowd will gather at 1 p.m. for a celebratory lunch, where tournament awards will be presented.
All proceeds from the day directly benefit the Cocoa High School Booster Club, which will fund critical resources, equipment, and programs for student-athletes throughout the upcoming school year.

Wilson is especially proud to have chaired two fundraisers in support of pediatric cancer research through the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, in honor of Merritt Island resident Julie Spurlock, that raised over $25,000.00.
He has been a partner, along with Orville Susong, for the past 26 years with the Friday Night Locker Room, a broadcasting team that covers and reports on a wide variety of local events significant to the residents of the Space Coast and beyond. Their mission is to promote youth sports, support first responders and law enforcement personnel, and showcase community and charitable events that are produced by our nonprofit partners in central Florida.
The Friday Night Locker Room has awarded hundreds of sports achievement plaques to Brevard County student-athletes over the years. They have also awarded more than $18,000 in academic scholarships to Brevard County high school seniors.
