Nude Swim With Pre-Teen Lands Man In Jail

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE BEACH, FLORIDA – Police have charged a Melbourne Beach resident with lewd and lascivious behavior with a minor after an incident at his home over the weekend.
Juergen Heinricher, 30, was arrested by Melbourne Beach p0lice Saturday afternoon after being summoned to a reported disturbance.
Police said a home health nurse who arrived at the home discovered Heinricher was swimming naked in a pool with a clothed 11-year-old girl he was babysitting.
When she attempted to leave the residence, Heinricher tried to grab her into a room and then locked the front door to prevent her escape.
Heinricher has also been charged with false imprisonment and battery upon a health worker and was taken to the Brevard County Jail.
The incident happened at Heinricher’s home at 210 Ash Avenue in Melbourne Beach.
Juergen Heinricher was not alone with my daughter, i was there the whole time. He was not naked and did not do anything to that nurse. i pray that this will stop. so my daughter ,my family, and Juergen’s family can have peace. Thank you
