BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – The Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce has invited noted author, coach and speaker Jay Forte to speak at the April networking luncheon.
The luncheon begins with networking at 11:30 a.m. and the program begins at noon on April 4th at the Life Care Center of Palm Bay.
Forte will present “Here Today, Here Tomorrow – How to Keep Customers and Employees for Life.”
Program Overview
Most companies focus on customer “satisfaction” – but satisfied customers don’t always come back, and they rarely tell their friends about you. Satisfied employees just do enough – not much more. And neither situation will grow your business – in any economy – successful or challenging.
Today, loyalty rules. Today’s best organizations never settle for satisfaction; they know the Loyalty Formula and work that formula in every customer (or employee) event.
This program will introduce the Loyalty Formula, and how the great companies constantly inspire loyalty – customers and employees that are here today and here tomorrow.
Corporate Educator, Motivation Speaker
Forte, a former financial executive and corporate educator, now business and motivation speaker, workplace and life coach, and author, is a nationally ranked thought leader and President of Humanetrics.
Forte guides organization’s leaders and managers on how to attract, hire and retain today’s best talent. He also coaches individuals in how to reconnect to their talents and passions to achieve extraordinary personal and professional performance.
