The Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the addition of three new leadership positions that will strengthen the organization’s operational capacity, expand strategic partnerships, and enhance service to its growing business community.

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – The Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the addition of three new leadership positions that will strengthen the organization’s operational capacity, expand strategic partnerships, and enhance service to its growing business community.

These new roles reflect the Chamber’s commitment to building a stronger, more connected, and future-ready business environment across Palm Bay, West Melbourne, and the broader Space Coast region.

Carolina Rojas Appointed Chief Operating Officer

Carolina Rojas has been named Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the Chamber’s internal operations, financial management, organizational systems, and day-to-day execution.

In this role, Rojas will ensure the Chamber operates efficiently and effectively while supporting staff, programs, and long-term strategic goals.

“Carolina brings strong organizational leadership and operational expertise that will help us scale our impact and deliver even greater value to our partners,” said Cory Skeates, President & CEO of the Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce.

Carolina Rojas has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO), overseeing the Chamber’s internal operations, financial management, organizational systems, and day-to-day execution. Cindy Hunt Named Director of Strategic Partnerships & Investor Relations

Cindy Hunt has been named Director of Strategic Partnerships & Investor Relations, leading efforts related to Trustees, investors, sponsorships, major partnerships, and revenue growth initiatives.

She will also play a key role in advancing the Chamber’s Space Coast Alliance for Technology & Innovation (SCATI), helping connect business leaders, investors, and innovators to drive regional economic development.

“Cindy’s experience in building strong relationships and securing strategic investments will be instrumental as we grow our influence and resources to better serve the business community,” Skeates added.

Tom Graver Appointed Director of Community & Partner Relations

Tom Graver has been named Director of Community & Partner Relations, where he will focus on partner recruitment, retention, engagement, community outreach, and event support.

Graver will serve as a key point of contact between the Chamber and its members, ensuring businesses feel supported, informed, and engaged.

“Tom’s passion for relationship-building and community involvement aligns perfectly with our mission to be the trusted voice for business on the Space Coast,” said Skeates.
