Gunman Opens Fire At Melbourne Apartments

Two Injured In Attack
BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – A gunman remains at large Tuesday after two people were shot at an apartment complex on University Boulevard in Melbourne.
Melbourne Police are trying to establish the identity of the person who fired shots at a 25-year-old woman and an 18-year-old man about 11 p.m. Monday at the Shull Manor Apartments, 713 East University Boulevard.
Upon arriving at the scene, police said they found a woman who had been grazed by a bullet and a man shot in the leg.
The man’s injuries required medical treatment and he was transported to Holmes Regional Medical Center, however, the woman declined to go to the hospital.
Police say the suspect remains at large and a motive for shooting is under investigation.
