Pop Warner Youth Football Heads Into Second Week

All Area Squads Play In Brevard Saturday

BREVARD COUNTY • MERRITT ISLAND, FLORIDA – Four of the five Brevard County Pop Warner youth football programs will host home games this coming weekend.

Following last Saturday’s successful season-opening Pop Warner games, all Brevard-area Pop Warner programs will compete locally in Week 2 matchups.

• The Cocoa Tigers will visit the North Brevard Hawks at Astronaut High School in Titusville.

• The Deltona Panthers will meet the Merritt Island Mustangs at Jefferson Middle School on Merritt Island.

• The West Volusia Wolves face the Space Coast Sharx at Space Coast Jr./Sr. High School in Port St. John.

• The Ormond Beach Sandcrabs will play the Palm Bay Rockets at Palm Bay High School.

All five Brevard-area programs compete in the Pop Warner’s Eastern Conference’s Division II in five age/weight categories including Tiny Mites, Mitey Mites, Jr. Pee Wees, Pee Wees, Jr. Midgets and Midgets.
