4-H is a life skills development program that teaches students about citizenship, teamwork and leadership skills.

Students learn about a particular project area such as horses and cooking while participating in educational activities and recreation related to that topic.

The opportunity allows students to not only learn but also to exhibit and compete in many areas.

4-H prepares young people to step up to the challenges in their community and the world.

Using research-based programming around positive youth development, 4-H students obtain hands-on real world experience they need to become leaders.
