Florida Tech Holiday Classic Set to Tip Off Today

2014 STARTS ON THE ROAD AGAINST SAINT LEO

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA — Florida Tech’s (9-1) annual Florida Tech Holiday Classic is set for this weekend as the Panthers host North Greenville University (6-2) on Friday, Dec. 20 and LeMoyne-Owen College (1-4) on Saturday, Dec. 21 at the Clemente Center.

First tip for both contests is 7:30 p.m. and follows Francis Marion University (3-3) battling the Magicians at 5 p.m. on Friday and the Patriots taking on the Crusaders on Saturday at 5 p.m. All four men’s games will follow Florida Tech’s Women’s Basketball CarMax Holiday Classic.

PANTHERS START 2014 ON THE ROAD AGAINST SAINT LEO UNIVERSITY

The Panthers kick off their 2014 schedule on the road, taking on Sunshine State Conference foe Saint Leo University on Jan. 4 at 4 p.m.

Fans will also have the opportunity to take photos with the ECAC Futures Bowl Championship Trophy earned by FIT’s inaugural football team in early Nov. on Saturday.
