VIDEO: A coalition airstrike destroyed 283 ISIL oil trucks near Al Hassakah and Dayr Az Zawr, Syria, on Nov. 22. The strikes were part of Operation Tidal Wave II, which is targeting ISIL oil smuggling chain of operations in Eastern Syria, that provides two-thirds of ISIL’s funding.
