BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Sheriff’s Office has named 37-year-old Billy Gene Massingill BCSO’s fugitive of the week in the latest installment of ‘Wheel of Fugitive.’
He is wanted for violation of drug offender probation with reference to possession of heroin.
Massingill has no bond and was last seen in the Melbourne area.
