Captain's party set for June 23

The Brevard County Sheriff Office Charity will host the Second Annual Florida Firefighter Offshore Fishing Tournament at Hiram’s Resort- Sebastian Inlet on Saturday, June 24 – with the pre-party set for June 22 and Captain’s party June 23.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff Office Charity will host the Second Annual Florida Firefighter Offshore Fishing Tournament at Hiram’s Resort- Sebastian Inlet on Saturday, June 24 – with the pre-party set for June 22 and Captain’s party June 23.

The Florida Firefighter Offshore Fishing Tournament is a fundraiser to help aid in the non-profit’s mission to provide assistance to family members of sick and injured public servants, victims of catastrophic events, as well as supporting charitable associations that aid and assist the Brevard community.

“We’re helping people in the community as well as our own after catastrophic events,” said Tom Neidert, Florida Firefighter Offshore Fishing Tournament event coordinator.

The tournament will include four species – Dolphin, Wahoo, Kingfish and Cobia. The entry fee is $150 before June 10, $200 after June 10 and $225 on June 23.
