ORLANDO, FLORIDA – Following their 31-24 win over SMU Saturday night, the UCF Knights (8-0) moved up two spots in the latest Coaches Poll. The Knights also moved up one spot in the AP poll to No. 14.
The 8-0 record is best start for UCF football in the program’s history.
UCF will await the Tuesday reveal of the College Football Playoff Rankings.
UCF is currently the highest rated team among the Non-Power Five Conference teams.
The Knights host AAC foe UConn on Saturday.
