BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Around 6:45 p.m. on Sunday evening, fire rescue units from Palm Bay and Brevard County responded to a residential fire in the 1100 block of Albion Street NW in Palm Bay.

According to Palm Bay Fire Rescue officials, one smoke inhalation victim has been evacuated and is being treated.

Palm Bay Fire Rescue Engines 2, 3 and 5 along with Brevard County Fire Rescue E-83 and R-89 responded to the blaze.

Video footage released by Brevard County Fire Rescue shows the single-family home engulfed in flames with the fire raging through the roof of the dwelling as units from BCFR and PBFR prepare to battle the blaze.

No further information is available at this time including circumstances surrounding the outbreak of the blaze.

Firefighters remain on scene at this hour.
