Former Brevard Fire Rescue Worker Scott Neumann Passes Away

Neumann was currently serving at the Martin County Fire Rescue. He also served at Brevard County Fire Rescue, Indian River County Fire Rescue, St. Lucie County Fire District and many other surrounding agencies.

MARTIN COUNTY, FLORIDA – Martin County Fire Rescue is heartbroken today with the loss of Martin County Hazmat Firefighter Paramedic Scott Neumann, who passed away yesterday after returning home from his shift at Station 16.

“While our fire family is hurting, we extend our love and support for Scott’s family during this incredibly difficult time,” said Martin County Fire Rescue in a released statement.

Neumann was currently serving at the Martin County Fire Rescue. He also previously served at Brevard County Fire Rescue, Indian River County Fire Rescue, St. Lucie County Fire District and many other surrounding agencies.

The agencies have joined together to salute and honor Scott’s life, faithful and loyal service, and selfless devotion to duty.

Scott proudly served the community for almost two decades; his life and selfless service are woven into the very fabric of the department and our community.
