TIGERVILLE, SOUTH CAROLINA – Florida Tech will try to put a stop to its current slide and end the road slate on a high note when the Panthers face Gulf South Conference foe North Greenville on Saturday in Tigerville, South Carolina.
Kickoff is set at 1:30 p.m. at Younts Stadium.
The Crimson & Gray are 3-6 overall and 1-5 in the GSC. They have dropped five games in a row, which matches the longest losing streak in program history. North Greenville is also 3-6 this season and has a 2-5 mark in the league.
Florida Tech looks to bounce back from a disappointing defeat a week ago when West Alabama came back from a 10-0 deficit and beat the Panthers, 13-10, on a 33-yard field goal as time expired.
NGU just missed on knocking off No. 20 West Florida last Saturday, falling to the Argos, 17-14.

INSIDE THE SERIES
Saturday’s contest will be the fourth all-time meeting between North Greenville and Florida Tech. The Panthers lead the all-time series 2-1.
NGU took the first matchup against Tech, 27-13, in 2016, putting a quick halt to the Panthers’ first-ever NCAA Playoff appearance.
Florida Tech came back to win the next two meetings, first defeating the Crusaders in a slugfest, 42-31, at Younts Stadium on Oct. 4, 2017.
The Panthers then walked away with a dominant victory last season, as they blasted NGU, 37-7, in the home finale in 2018.
