Brevard Public Schools Continues to Distribute Free Meals for Students Starting Monday, June 1

Parents may pick up meals for their child, must bring a form of their child’s identification

The Office of Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) continues to provide nutritional continuity during the coronavirus school closure. Brevard Public Schools announced that they have been approved to continue food distribution in June at 15 locations. (BPS image)

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Office of Food and Nutrition Services continues to provide nutritional continuity during the coronavirus school closure.

These are challenging times, and Brevard Public School’s Food and Nutrition Services is committed to feeding students during the summer.

Meals are available to any child age 18 or younger.

Brevard Public Schools announced that they have been approved to continue food distribution in June at 15 locations.

Starting Monday, June 1, meals will be distributed on Monday – Friday from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m, in the car or bus loops at the following schools:

• Atlantis Elementary
• Cambridge Elementary
• Cape View Elementary
• Coquina Elementary
• Discovery Elementary
• Golfview Elementary
• Harbor City Elementary
• MILA Elementary
• Mims Elementary
• Oak Park Elementary
• Palm Bay Elementary
• Saturn Elementary
• Sherwood Elementary
• Turner Elementary
• University Park Elementary

Parents may pick up meals for their child as long as they bring a form of their child’s identification with them. FNS will make necessary adjustments to these locations as necessary based on need, resources, and participation.
