BPS Announces Brevard After Care Closed For Summer, Extra-Curricular Activities to Remain Closed Through June

BPS will reassess opening in July

Brevard Public Schools announced on Tuesday that they will not be holding camps or offering school-based full time child care through Brevard After Care this summer due to COVID-19.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard Public Schools announced on Tuesday that they will not be holding camps or offering school-based full time child care through Brevard After Care this summer due to COVID-19.

Schools will remain closed to extra-curricular and athletic programs, and facilities use for enrichment programs or religious services is suspended at least through the month of June.

BPS will reassess the ability to conduct these types of activities in July based on the status of the virus and what phase of re-opening we are in by then.
