BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Christopher E. Kubasik has succeeded William M. Brown as Chief Executive Officer of L3Harris Technologies – becoming the second CEO in its history as a combined company.

Brevard County-based L3Harris has approximately $18 billion in annual revenue and 48,000 employees, with customers in more than 100 countries.

The planned transition was first announced in October 2018 as part of L3Harris’ merger of equals and has been unanimously reaffirmed by the Board of Directors.
