BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The story has ended with a happy ending for a Husky Pup who was found and rescued by Brevard County Fire Rescue on Sunday after they responded to a report of a stranded puppy across a water filled ditch Sunday afternoon in South Merritt Island near the area Sara Jane Lane.

The dog named “Akira” went missing and the owner had posted signs in search of their missing dog.
