WATCH: Cocoa Police Department’s “Cops and Kids Summer Camp” officially underway this week as the kids got a special behind-the-scenes tour of the police department.
BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – Cocoa Police Department’s “Cops and Kids Summer Camp” officially underway this week as the kids got a special behind-the-scenes tour of the police department.
They learned about all the things that go on inside including a rare look inside our 911 Communications Center, squad briefing room, detective offices, and more.
The Kids Summer Camp adventurers also went to Sebastian Inlet State Park where Cocoa Police Department partnered with Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officers to teach kids about boat safety, marine life, habitat and species protection, and fishing.
