BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Dr. Madhavi Chary, a board certified in family medicine physician who has been practicing since 2005, is proud to announce that she has started a private practice in association with Medical Associates of Brevard.

Dr. Chary offers Outpatient services, minor office procedures with a focus on preventative medicine. Rehab services for short term and long term care.

She also offers Hospital visits for her patients and Home visits for patients who cannot come to the office, which is located at 6550 North Wickham Road, Suite 3 in Melbourne.

Dr. Chary is Board Certified in Family Medicine. She completed her residency training from St. John’s Hospital and Medical Center Detroit, Michigan.

She is a member of AAFP and AMA, and has admitting privileges at Health First’s Holmes Regional Medical Center, Health First’s Palm Bay Hospital and Health First’s Melbourne Regional Medical Center. She also admits and follows patients at the rehab facilities.

The practice accepts Medicare, Heath First Health First, United Health Care, BCBS, Wellcare, Staywell, Humana, Tricare, VA, CIGNA. Dr. Chary also accept patients with self- pay for a minimal payment.

Her patients are her priority as she takes the time to listen to your needs to provide compassionate care.
