BREVARD COUNTY • ROCKLEDGE, FLORIDA – The undefeated Rockledge Raiders (7-0) are set to host the Merritt Island Mustangs (6-1) in prep football action Friday evening on Space Coast Daily TV, with Friday Night Locker Room’s Steve Wilson and Orville Susong bringing you all the action.

Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. at McLarty Stadium.

The Rockledge Raiders defeated the undefeated Satellite Scorpions 34-10 last week to hand them their first loss of the season.

This game will have major playoff implications as this is a district matchup between two of the top teams this season.

Rockledge’s defense held Satellite’s high-powered offense to 211 yards last week.

Merritt Island Mustangs will look to win their third straight district matchup as they head into McLarty Stadium. Mustangs are coming off a 38-0 beatdown on the Bayside Bears.

Quarterback Brady Denanburg finished last week’s game with 3 passing touchdowns and a quarterback rating of 109. It’s going to come down as to whether or not the Mustangs can put up points on this tough Rockledge defense.
