BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Earlier today I had the honor of meeting with five new Eastern Florida State College Law Enforcement Cadets who were each given a conditional offer of employment with the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office as Deputy Trainees.
To mark this memorable occasion our agency developed the concept of “Draft Day,” where each new recruit for our agency was drafted by our team, photographed with their “Team BCSO Jersey” and Team BCSO Hat as they become proud members of our agency.
Following graduation from Eastern Florida State College Law Enforcement Academy, the Cadets will start our Field Training Officer Program as Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Deputies.
Please join me in welcoming the newest members of our BCSO Family: Bradley Hackett, Carlton Mackay, Justin Edgar, Tyler Conway, and Keenan Morse.
I would like to also personally thank our Career Development Unit for the incredible job they do each day to make sure our agency is recruiting the very best candidates as future Law Enforcement Officers for the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office.
Please scroll through the below photos of our “Number One Draft Picks” and join me in congratulating each new cadet as they take the first step in accomplishing their lifelong dream of becoming a Law Enforcement Officer and member of the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office.
