PULLMAN, WASHINGTON – Former Cocoa Tiger and now Washington State defensive end Marquise Freeman has entered the NCAA transfer portal after concluding his sophomore season with the Cougars.
Freeman graduated from Cocoa High School in 2020.
As a junior at Cocoa, he was named All-Space Coast after playing in 14 games, totaling 65 tackles, 14 tackles-for-loss, and seven sacks.
As a senior at Cocoa, he was named one of Florida’s Top12 defensive ends in the 2020 recruiting class and was rated a three-star prospect by ESPN.com.
Freeman was the No. 75 defensive end prospect in the country by 247Sports.com.
