Eastern Florida State College Volleyball Program Announces 2022 Schedule, First Match Set Aug. 19

Titans will open the regular season with eight straight road matches

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Eastern Florida State College volleyball team has announced the 2022 schedule with eight home matches this season.
The Titans will open the regular season with eight straight road matches as they will open with a tri-match with Pasco-Hernando and Montgomery College on Aug. 19 in New Port Richey.
The team will play at St. Petersburg College on Saturday, Aug. 20 in a regional match at noon. Then on Wednesday, Aug. 24 the team will play a tri-match at Daytona State College, facing the Falcons and Coastal Alabama-South.
On Friday, Aug. 26 the Titans will be in Odessa, Texas for four matches in the Odessa College Tournament.
The team will open the tournament against New Mexico Junior College on the 26th. New Mexico Junior College finished with 21 wins last season, losing to New Mexico Military Institute in the Region V West Tournament.
Then at 4 p.m. on the 26th the Titans will face Hill College who is coming off a trip to the NJCAA Division I National Tournament last season after winning the Southwest A District Championship/NTJCAC Conference Tournament.
On Saturday, Aug. 27 the team will open the day against Panola College which finished last season ranked 16th in the nation and had 25 wins.
They will wrap up the Odessa College Tournament against Temple College, which lost the Southwest A District Championship/NTJCAC Conference Tournament final on Saturday afternoon.
On Aug. 31 the Titans will be at Titan Field House for the first time this season, hosting St. Petersburg College at 6 p.m.
The volleyball team will open the Suncoast Conference schedule on Sept. 6 against Miami Dade College, which placed sixth overall in the national tournament last season.
The match will begin at 6 p.m. at Titan Field House. It will be the first of four conference matches in September with home matches against Indian River State College on Sept. 15, Florida Southwestern on Sept. 24, and Hillsborough CC on Sept. 29.
The regular season will conclude with seven more conference games in October, the final home game being Saturday, Oct. 15 against Santa Fe College.
All home games will be played at Titan Field House on the Melbourne campus and admission is free.
