Brevard Officials Announce Crisis Assistance Opportunities as Result of Tropical Storm Ian Impact

Residents who need assistance with storm-related interior cleanup after Hurricane Ian can call 800-451-1954.

Brevard County officials announced crisis assistance opportunities as a result of the impacts of Tropical Storm Ian. Residents are encouraged to complete a damage report if their property or home has been damaged as a result of Tropical Storm Ian. This includes water in your home, roof or structure damage, etc. Residents should be prepared to provide the address of the property, name, and photos of the damage incurred. BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County officials announced crisis assistance opportunities as a result of the impacts of Tropical Storm Ian.

Damage Reporting: Residents are encouraged to complete a damage report if their property or home has been damaged as a result of Tropical Storm Ian. This includes water in your home, roof or structure damage, etc.

Residents should be prepared to provide the address of the property, name, and photos of the damage incurred. Link to the damage reporting form is HERE.

Crisis Clean-Up Assistance: Residents who need assistance with storm-related interior cleanup after Hurricane Ian are encouraged to call 800-451-1954. It is anticipated that volunteers will be available to assist through late October.

While this option is provided as a means of support, residents and renters are encouraged to utilize property or renter’s insurance before electing this option.

Due to the wide impacts of Tropical Storm Ian across the state of Florida, areas that have been most affected by the storm will receive priority for assistance.
