ABOVE VIDEO: Titusville Fire Department and Brevard County Fire Rescue responded to a structure at 1665 Echo Drive in Titusville on Wednesday morning.

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Titusville Fire Department and Brevard County Fire Rescue responded to a structure fire located at 1665 Echo Drive in Titusville on Wednesday morning.

According to officials, units arrived on the scene just after 5 a.m.

On arrival, personnel was met with heavy smoke and fire conditions.

“Crews made entry, knocking down the fire which had extended into the attic space. Due to heavy fire load and clutter, an extensive overhaul was necessary,” said Titusville Fire Department.

One occupant suffered minor injuries sustained from exiting out a window, they were transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

According to officials, the State Fire Marshals Office is on scene performing the investigation.

No other injuries were reported.
