EDUCATION SPOTLIGHT: Satellite High School Automotive Students Awarded Over $35,000 in Scholarships

The students were awarded over $35,000 in scholarships, school awarded over $10,000 worth of equipment

Satellite High School Automotive students were honored during a recent board meeting. Satellite High School’s Auto Tech team is the first school to win first, second, and tenth place in the Top Tech Challenge. They also had several students place in the Skills USA Region 3 Competition.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Satellite High School Automotive students were honored during a recent board meeting. 

Satellite High School’s Auto Tech team is the first school to win first, second, and tenth place in the Top Tech Challenge. They also had several students place in the Skills USA Region 3 Competition.

The students were awarded over $35,000 in scholarships, and the school was awarded over $10,000 worth of equipment for the program.

Congratulations to all of the automotive students, faculty, and families.

Top Tech Challenge:

■ 1st place: Jayson White & Bryson Welker
■ 2nd place: Brice Gianantonio & Noah Arnold
■ 10th place: Koah Kelly

Skills USA Competition:

■ 2nd place: Koah Kelly, Light Maintenance and Repair
■ 3rd place: Brice Gianantonio, Light Maintenance and Repair
■ 2nd place: Bryson Welker, Automotive Service Technology
