BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – As everyone knows, in Brevard County if you are a a house that constantly facilitates criminal activity, a house that is a place for dirtbags to congregate and break the law, and a house that is a constant disruption to the peace and quiet of your neighbors, you are going to quickly find yourself on the “Sheriff’s High Intensity Target List,” because we don’t play that crap in our community.

You know, a house like the one at 278 Gray Rd., West Melbourne, where occupants and visitors to the address apparently can’t obey the freaking law.

The place is an eyesore to the neighborhood as well as a constant source of disruption to the neighbors and a total waste of our taxpayer’s dollars, as our agency has had to respond to over 40 calls for service at this one address, in the past 3 months.

Calls for everything from stolen vehicles, to disturbances, to drugs, all of which are strong indicators of the crap that is taking place inside the residence.

So yesterday afternoon we decided to tear their little playhouse down by having the SWAT Team hit the house after our Special Investigations Unit obtained a search warrant.

When we hit the place they looked like rats running from a burning barn as we snatched about 10 people out of the house and off the property where a number of them ran and even tried to hide in the shed!! Yeah, cause we would never think to look in the shed.

At the end of the day, we loaded four of the occupants, with the main player being Rodney Snyder, who took the ride on a “No Bond” status to the Iron Bar Lodge for Keeping a Public Nuisance Structure For Drug Activity, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Resisting Arrest Without Violence.

Also arrested were Jason Quarles who unsuccessfully tried to out run the SWAT Team and went to jail on a “No Bond” status for Failing To Register As A Career Offender and Travis Austin for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

And as an added bonus…Kristyn Ferguson who had just been named the “Fugitive of the Week” on Tuesday’s episode of “Wheel of Fugitive.”

If you are a criminal and you are thinking about hanging out at 278 Gray Rd., in West Melbourne, you may want to re-think your actions, cause I promise you that we will come back and hit that house again.

Now knock it off and act like human beings instead of dirtbags and wanna be gangsters.
